Vienna . 20s . Between the two World Wars. Rudy Gordooil, writer and Bohemian Jew, falls in love with Baron Thea von taco, whose family down and out, and the two get married. Marriage soon become sado masochistic relationship, in which Baroness cheating on him, reported on his infidelities, and bother to inform them that their child is not in us.
All the while remained blind Rudy 's love of Lottie Bodenheim, a young Jewish woman loses her life for him.
"Through his work 's monumental Vogel, " says Shimko "We want to explore the nature and character of love, as she touches extremism and obsessively destructive love engine self-destruction, to the inability to distinguish between love, lust and desire to assimilate the other, leading to the cancellation and implementing complete self. Examining the relationship of Gordooil and Baroness von taco opens an inevitable option to examine the relationship of response and tortured, the German Jews just before the Holocaust. We chose to retain the original language that characterizes the period and through the expression of the Fogel poet, as expressed in the novel was written in Hebrew rich and poetic.
